Fitness Glider (small portable assisted squatting device). Basically I use a fitness glider thing for 30 minutes 3 times a week.
Fitness Glider devices are known to assist the person performing an exercise wherein the exercise is intended to strengthen, or otherwise target, the muscles of the legs and/or the muscles of the abdomen. Such exercises have proven to be beneficial for strengthening and toning the muscles of the abdomen, the arms, the chest and the back.
